We returned from our trip to Palmas Real last night and the first order of business, for me, was to write to you and thank you for guiding us to a wonderful family vacation and birthday celebration for Sylvia. The added bonus of receiving the Royal Service upgrade was the "icing on the cake". That level of special service was outstanding and enhanced our stay immeasurably- you should have seen the looks on everyone's face Monica in Royal Service kept listing all the benefits we were about to receive! It just kep getting better and better!
After all the drama with the other resort, you quickly found a terrific alternative and we had a very special time. Thanks for all your efforts, it is sincerely appreciated!"

Anyway, wanted to share that the trip was absolutely amazing and as I think I mentioned, we agreed it was the best trip we had taken since getting married 10 years ago. I think it was the combination of the incredible history of Morocco, all the great information our guidance provided and the fabulous places that we stayed in. The hotel - or technically Riads - were such a great way to stay there. They were both luxurious but still, from understanding their history and place in the culture, gave you a sense of the history and importance they played. To us, they represented a lot of what was interesting and special about Morocco - it's understated beauty. You would be walking in a centuries old city, feeling like you were in the most modest of places, open a door, then another door and be in a palace - really unusual.
Also, the scenery specifically the drive from Ourzazate to Merekech was incredible. The mountains, winding roads, rapidly changing landscapes were beyond pictures... So, I should that not only was the guide fantastic but the driver truly earned his taking us through the oldest and roughest of roads to the most windy and highly elevated you can imagine.
Finally, the desert experience was priceless so don't let anyone do this trip without including it. The experience of being out there (even though a bit cold), seeing the stars over the desert and waking up to ride the camels and watch the sunset was unforgettable.
I can't think of anything that I would change--

What a FANTASTIC vacation we had, all to your credit. I can’t tell you how grateful my husband and I are for your wonderful help, insight and planning.
The cruise ship and itinerary that you suggested were perfect an exact fit for what we wanted. The stateroom was extraordinary, as was the services on Regent Cruises. The ports of call and the on-shore excursions were outstanding, just as you said.
Best of all, was the hotel that you booked for us for the 2-nights we spent in Venice. OMG my husband couldn’t even believe it. It was like a second honeymoon. The hotel overlooked the most romantic view of the back bridges of Venice, and the service was over the top. We found out later that we had the best room of the house when we had booked a standard room. Don’t know how you did it!!
All-in-all, it was one of the best vacations that we have ever had. Thank you for knowing what we wanted and knowing how to get it. I can’t stop telling my friends of our great time.

"My husband and I decided to take a four week vacation to Hawaii and Thailand with three young children (10, 9 and 4 years old). Typically, we book our own travel but, based on an impressive recommendation from a friend, we decided to see if Cheri could help us book flights, hotels, cars, etc. for this trip. I have seen the light. We will be hard-pressed to ever travel anywhere without Cheri's sage advice and assistance. Not only did Cheri negotiate fantastic rates at every hotel (and there were six of them), but each hotel matched our expectations and often gave us complimentary upgrades. Cheri made sure free breakfasts were included (a real savings with a big family) and contacted all of the hotels to make sure our rooms were well-positioned. She also arranged for a local company to drive us to and from the various airports in Thailand which was a huge bonus. I never would have thought of this and it made a tremendous difference at a reasonable price. Just prior to leaving for our trip, a detailed itinerary was mailed to the house along with various e-mails recommending things to pack, places to visit while in Thailand, emergency numbers, travel insurance, etc. Cheri is a true professional and a delight to work with. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will certainly be a repeat customer."

When we got to Nusa Dua, the St. Regis was simply spectacular, from the food (the obscene breakfast buffet, in particular) to the pool to the beach. The staff was wonderful, too. "It is not often I can say a vacation has exceeded my expectations, but Sandals Grande Antigua has definitely done that. The atmosphere, food and entertainment were by far the best I have had at an all inclusive resort. The resort is immaculate. In seven days we were not able to enjoy all of the restaurants and could have easily done more time there.
I would recommend this resort to anyone, without regard of economic level. There is something for everyone. Oh yeah, and it's probably one of the most romantic places on earth.”
